1. INFORMATION REQUIRING AN ANSWER FROM YOU

1.1. Travels

As previously said, flights to Paris are filling up very quickly. I suggest you to book as soon as possible. Don't forget to send me your travel information (dates, price, means of transport, etc.).

1.2. Registration

We will ask you to fill up and send us the registration form. This will allow us to update our database. Moreover, this form will allow you to order the ESSLLI parties' ticket (on both Thursday) and the tee-shirt(s). Everything is free for the lecturers and the organizers except the ESSLLI parties and the tee-shirts.

1.3. Workshop and Symposia

For those of you who want to diffuse a call for paper, please, send me your text as soon as possible, we will post it on our lists and add the announce on our website.

Student session : the workshops are intended to encourage the presentation of Ph.D. students. However the same paper cannot be submitted both to a workshop and the student session.

1.4. Readers

We will edit a CD-Rom containing the readers. Such a media would be extremely useful and economical for the participants (it would not be necessary to buy tens of readers). Besides, it will be a very good diffusion of the ESSLLI information after the school itself. Finally it would allow us to reduce consequently the number of readers to print.

Nevertheless, we only be able to treat material under an electronic format. In order to facilitate the diffusion, we will ask you to send us your reader under as much format as possible among the following :

If you include in your reader non-electronic parts (e.g. photocopies), they will be printed, but not in the CD-Rom.

The deadline for the reception of the readers is May 20th. This is an imperative deadline. Over this deadline, it would be impossible for us to print your reader and you would be asked to reproduce it by yourself.

Copyrights : if you use for your reader material already published, send us its exact references. We will ask the editors the authorization to reproduce it. If you have personal contact with the editor, it would be kind of you to ask him/her directly. Due to the printing delay, it would be impossible for us to ask this authorization after the deadline (May 20th).

2. OTHER INFORMATION

2.1. Accommodation

We will take in charge your accommodation. Lecturers and workshop/symposium organisers will be lodged at the:

This is a 3-star hotel with air conditioning, restaurant, etc. It is at 20mns by foot from the University and 25mns by foot from the centre town. You can find buses from the hotel to these directions.

If you come accompanied, a supplement of 52 F/night will be at your charge. If requested, we can also book extra rooms:

2.2. Meals

On the day of your arrival, we will give you luncheon vouchers for the student cafeteria. These tickets are only valid for the student cafeteria, but there is another private cafeteria (sandwiches, snacks, ...) at the faculty.

Note that the student cafeteria will be closed on August 15th.

2.3. The lecturers' banquet

All lecturers and organizers are invited at a banquet on Saturday 16th.
